Job Description- Work closely with the sales team to identify customer needs and develop customized demos and proofs of concept to showcase software solutions.
- Act as a subject matter expert (asset management area) during sales presentations and discussions with customers.
- Conduct on-site assessments of customer needs and provide recommendations on how to best leverage software solutions to achieve their goals.
- Support the change management process and enable the customer to fully utilize company's software offering (on-site support).
- Provide mining expertise and best practices to the customer.
- Consult with the customer on changes to key business processes to unlock additional savings.
- Collaborate with product development and engineering teams to ensure that customer feedback is incorporated into product roadmaps.
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in the mining industry, with a strong technical background - a deep understanding of mining industry technology trends and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed.
